Today is Dec. 30 is National Resolution Planning Day. This day
encourages us to reflect on the past year and set realistic goals for the
upcoming year.
Reflecting on the past year allows us to acknowledge our accomplishments and
identify areas for improvement. It serves as a reminder that as we transition
into the New Year, we have the opportunity to reset and motivate ourselves to
make positive changes and pursue our goals.
Resolutions are not only about changing ourselves; they are also about growth
and becoming better versions of ourselves. Therefore, it’s important to keep
our goals simple, meaningful, measurable, and manageable, while also seeking
support from those who can encourage us.
As we look ahead to 2025, whether you choose to make resolutions or not, may you stay motivated and celebrate yourself every single day.
To keep myself accountable, I shared this message with my sister
who lovingly turned this important reminder into a vlog here; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-635Q8KOIyw&t=9s
Love this. Thanks for this good reminder. I realize I only achieved maybe 50-60% of what I hoped to achieve in 2024. I’ll need to make next year’s targets a little less ambitious. But stay motivated to achieve the most that I can. With Christ’s help. 💗
